$4,000.00 Added – Cowtown Cup Open 4D

Crystal Championship Cups to 1st in each D in the Open 4D

Buckles to Reserve Champions in each D in the Open 4D

80% Progressive payout of all money collected

Pre-draw and exhibitions will be posted on the Wild West Promotions Facebook page and Nextgen Rodeo App by June 12th

Entry Office Opens: 12:00 PM
- Exhibitions: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
- Cowtown Cup Open 4D: 4:00 PM

Exhibitions

$7 per exhibition
- Must be entered in the Cowtown Cup to purchase exhibitions
- 60-second time limit

$50 fine for going over the time limit

Dress code is enforced during exhibitions

Hat Rule

If you lose your hat during your run: $10 hat fine
Running Rules
-
Knocked over barrel or broken pattern = No Time
-
Running out of order = No Time
-
Out of dress code = No Time
- Must check in at the alleyway during your drag
-
Gateman will call your name 3 times
- 60-second time limit to enter the arena after being called
-
All classes are .5 second splits
Reruns will be given only if:

The main timer and the backup timer fails
- A barrel is not on the laser

Horse & Rider Changes
-
Must be made by June 15th at 1PM

You may sell your entry, but NO refunds will be given

Entry must be sold in FULL —-No selling of sidepots separately

Horse/Rider changes can be made through the Nextgen office 903-287-7852 until June 12th at 3PM.
-
AFTER June 12th at 3PM horse/rider changes MUST be done at the event by 1PM.
-
No changes allowed after June 15th at 1PM
-
$30 change fee

NO ESA membership is required, race is open to everyone

Any spots not paid in full by June 8th at 3PM will become available for purchase through the NextGen Rodeo Office
